NAMI Sacramento Meetings
Everyone is welcome…
… at the NAMI Sacramento Community Meetings, whether you are a member or not. Our monthly community meetings are a great way to connect with others struggling with mental health issues, learn about mental illness, learn how to assist loved ones, and find resources in the Sacramento area.
April 9th, 7:00 PM
Our guest speakers this month will be Al Rowlett and Diana White, both with Turning Point Community Programs. They will share Turning Points work in Yolo County with its Assisted Outpatient Treatment program.
Monday May 14th, 7:00 PM
In May, Uma Zykofsky with the Sac. Co. Division of Behavioral Health, will be sharing about their Care Plus program, designed to help people living with Serious Mental Illness.

Parking is available in the lot in front of the building. The building is secure, so you will have to knock on the door so security staff can let you in.
Most of our monthly meetings feature speakers, people who bring a wealth of information about mental health to the community. Past speakers have included:
- family members
- medical care providers
- people living with their own illness
We welcome suggestions for speakers. If you know an individual or group you would like to bring to our attention, please contact us.
